Commercial Banking Specialist

About the Role:
GardaWorld Cash Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Specialist to oversee client relations, handle escalations, and prioritize communications for our banking clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service quality and prepare monthly reports on negotiated service agreements.
- Maintain client profiles in our computer system and generate reports on databases associated with client case management.
- Conduct thorough research to find missing items to complete transactions and support clients with cash management aspects of contracts.
- Have knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger accounts, debits, and credits.
- Knowledge of banking back office and accounting processes.
- Knowledge or experience in Cash Management and Secure Transport is an asset.
- Bilingual (spoken/written) in English and French.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
