About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager, Commercial Banking to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Commercial Banking and Private Banking sector, you will be responsible for growing the portfolio of business clients assigned to you.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities in your market, increase your commercial client base, and establish business development strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Help your clients attain their business objectives by proposing financial strategies based on the most suitable combination of Bank products and services.
  • Financial Solutions: Meet clients' changing needs by adapting and optimizing financial products and advice/approaches.
  • Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate the terms and conditions of agreements with clients, while making sure that they meet risk management standards and profitability criteria.
  • Business Planning: Draw up business development plans.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Regional Vice-President in reaching objectives and work with the Manager – Financing Solutions.
  • Networking: Actively participate to various networking activities (cocktails, conferences, etc.) and work in synergy with all the other departments of the Bank.
About Your Team

You will join a team of professionals that supports business clients, working in the Commercial Banking and Private Banking sector. You will be surrounded by an ecosystem of specialists, like financing solutions managers, who will help you offer the solutions that best suit our clients' needs.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 to 9 years' experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
  • Education: University certificate and 9 years' experience, Bachelor's degree and 7 years' experience, Master's degree and 5 years' experience.
  • Skills: Experience in sales and business development, analysis of financial statements, commercial credit, and a network of professional contacts among local medium-sized enterprises and large companies.
