Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Join Applestone Pizzeria as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to deliver excellent service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help our staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Ensure that our inventory and supplies are properly managed to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that our food and service meet our customers' expectations.
  • Prepare Reports and Budgets: Prepare and submit reports and budgets to help us make informed business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
