As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you'll be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program. Your primary focus will be on geriatric residents and short-stay clients, assisting them to/from programs, organizing engaging leisure/recreation therapy activities, facilitating tailored group sessions, and providing one-to-one programs.
Responsibilities- Implement the Recreation Therapy Program for geriatric residents and short-stay clients.
- Assist residents to/from programs and activities.
- Organize and lead leisure/recreation therapy activities.
- Facilitate tailored group sessions and one-to-one programs.
Enjoy the flexibility of day shifts, with work requirements varying between Zero and 37.5 hours per week. Embrace the potential for career growth, as casual roles can lead to internal postings for permanent part-time or full-time positions.
