As a Service Technician Specialist at TerraSource Global, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients and internal teams to ensure optimal satisfaction with our machinery.

Core Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on the setup, functionality, and upkeep of machinery
  • Assess service or component requirements and submit requests for quotations
  • Proactively connect with clients and sales teams to uncover service visit possibilities
  • Conduct service visits, create reports, and process billing promptly
  • Leverage the SalesForce platform for managing service documentation and collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent technical training
  • At least 5 years of relevant industrial service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is advantageous
  • Capability to operate industrial maintenance tools
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and eligibility for insurance

Travel Expectations

This role necessitates approximately 60% travel, which may include some international assignments. A valid passport is required.

Physical Requirements

The employee must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50lbs and performing various physical activities.
