Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE YK CAREER EDUCATION SOCIETY. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including greeting visitors, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other team members, including providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including summarizing key points and action items.
  • Procedure Development: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, including developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, including managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
