Internal Medicine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team at Cornwall Community Hospital. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our internal medicine department.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Treat Diseases: Diagnose and treat a wide range of diseases and physiological disorders, including those related to geriatrics and internal medicine.
- Prescribe Medication and Treatment: Prescribe medication and treatment plans for patients, taking into account their medical history and current health status.
- Refer Patients for Surgery: Refer patients for surgery when necessary, working closely with other medical professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Act as Consultants: Act as consultants to other physicians, providing expert advice and guidance on internal medicine-related matters.
- Education: A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in internal medicine is preferred.
- Work Setting: Willingness to relocate for this position is a must.
