Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at TAHINI'S BRADFORD INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Quality Control
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • or equivalent experience
