Save-On-Foods is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Assistant Pharmacy Manager to join our team at our Campbell River location. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient dispensary processes and maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to provide comprehensive patient services, including medication reviews, counseling, and recommendations.
- Manage inventory, team member scheduling, and training to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive pharmacy sales and patient engagement.
- Enforce policies and best practices related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Current Pharmacist license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia or equivalent regulatory body.
- Injection Certification.
- State-of-the-art pharmacy workflow design and enabling technologies.
- Health screening, pharmacogenomics, point-of-care testing, vaccinations, travel health, and other medication management services.
- Online training through our learning management system and accredited sites.
- Medication management programs and clinical resources.
- Pharmacy automation and central fill dispensing and processing.
