Computer Network Specialist

Lake Country Office Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Computer Network Technician to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Network Administration: Coordinate access and use of computer networks, install software, and maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
- System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software.
- Security and Backup: Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software, implement data, software, and hardware security procedures, and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Problem-Solving: Provide problem-solving services to network users, and perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
