Key Responsibilities- Network Administration: Coordinate access and use of computer networks, install software, and maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
- System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade web server hardware and software.
- Security and Backup: Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures, and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Problem-Solving: Provide problem-solving services to network users, and evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
