Flooring Supervisor

Crown Flooring and Construction Ltd is seeking a skilled Flooring Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and ensuring the successful completion of flooring installations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 5-10 workers, including tilesetters and floor covering installers
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train or arrange for training to ensure workers have the necessary skills and knowledge
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- Recommend personnel actions to management
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
