Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold respect for the cultural needs, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of both staff and clients
  • Guide and mentor clinical leaders in their responsibilities regarding care management
  • Evaluate care and service delivery metrics and clinical performance indicators
  • Engage in the recruitment, orientation, ongoing supervision, and performance evaluation of clinical leaders
  • Establish and manage the on-call schedule for clinical leaders
  • Address clinical inquiries from staff, contractors, funders, clients, and families
  • Oversee Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives related to care and service

Qualifications:

  • Valid registration/licensing as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
  • A minimum of three years in a formal leadership role within nursing is essential
  • At least two years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse in a community environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Familiarity with relevant community resources
  • Current certification in First Aid and CPR
