Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold respect for the cultural needs, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of both staff and clients
- Guide and mentor clinical leaders in their responsibilities regarding care management
- Evaluate care and service delivery metrics and clinical performance indicators
- Engage in the recruitment, orientation, ongoing supervision, and performance evaluation of clinical leaders
- Establish and manage the on-call schedule for clinical leaders
- Address clinical inquiries from staff, contractors, funders, clients, and families
- Oversee Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives related to care and service
Qualifications:
- Valid registration/licensing as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse
- A minimum of three years in a formal leadership role within nursing is essential
- At least two years of experience as a practicing Registered Nurse in a community environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Familiarity with relevant community resources
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR
