About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our team at True9 Limited. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for defining and driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership
    • Define and drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
    • Participate in coding activities to maintain a deep understanding of the codebase and technical challenges.
    • Ensure best practices in software development, including testing, code quality, and documentation.
  • Client Management
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into technical requirements.
    • Present technical concepts and project updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.
    • Work with the Delivery Manager to help manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and updates.
  • Project Delivery
    • Collaborate with delivery managers to help define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong coding skills and a passion for staying involved in the details.
  • Hands-on commercial experience with PHP.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Symfony, Docker, Angular, AWS, Git, and CD/CI.
