Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Handle and store cleaning products.
  • General Maintenance
    • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
      • Will train on the job.
