Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Comsan Holdings Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies
  • Operate dishwashers, wash dishes, and sanitize kitchen equipment
  • Replenish condiments and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized storage area
  • Package take-out food and prepare simple food items for service
  • Take orders and handle customer transactions
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, including work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas
  • Handle and store cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors
Work Environment:

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of physical activity. The successful candidate will be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
