Position: Facility Mechanic
The Facility Mechanic at BGIS will engage in proficient tasks related to the installation, repair, and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position entails the assessment, troubleshooting, and calibration of HVAC and building environmental controls to ensure optimal performance. The candidate must possess the ability to estimate project requirements and procure necessary materials.

Qualifications:
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic, 313A License
- GAS Technician 1 License (consideration for GAS Technician 2 may be given)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC sector
- ODP certification holder
- Familiarity with engineering principles and CMMS software
