The Diving Locker is seeking a dedicated Swimming Instructor to lead and enhance our aquatic programs. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for guiding individuals and groups in swimming techniques and fitness activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and teach swimming techniques and fitness activities.
  • Assist in organizing recreational and fitness events.
  • Lead and instruct groups and individuals in leisure programs.
  • Plan and execute aquatic and fitness activities.
  • Maintain and repair swimming equipment.
  • Prepare and submit reports as needed.
  • Understand and apply principles of group dynamics.
  • Provide lifestyle and health information.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor activities to ensure safety and provide first aid when necessary.
Supervision

Supervise a team of 5-10 individuals.

Certifications
  • CPR Certification is mandatory.
