Benefits Associate

At Selectpath, we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Associate to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in building and sustaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Support and Education: Provide direct client support and education, advocating for clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Client Record Management: Work in collaboration with internal operations, Advisors, and carriers to manage client records, prepare necessary documentation, and enhance service delivery.
- Benefits Options and Proposals: Assist Advisors in preparing benefit plan options and proposals for prospective clients.
- Carrier Negotiations: Assist in negotiating pricing with benefit carriers to secure the most favorable terms for clients.
- Training and Development: Assist in training Benefits Administrators, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall proficiency and performance of the team.
- Education: University degree or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible work experience.
- Experience: 5-10 years of benefits experience required.
- Certifications: Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation, or willingness to obtain.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge and application of MS suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
