Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
    • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
  • Business Operations
    • Plan and implement administrative processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Prepare and present reports to management committees and other stakeholders.
