Join Xpera as a Licensed Insurance Administrator and be part of a dynamic team that empowers adjusters with the tools, technology, and support they need to excel in their careers and help clients reach their full potential.

About the Role

This hybrid position may be located in either our London, ON or Burlington, ON office. As a Licensed Insurance Administrator, you will provide high-level customer service to clients and insured, support the adjusting team and branch office, and set up and prepare new claims assignments to internal adjusters in accordance with predetermined KPIs and client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and insured
  • Support the adjusting team and branch office
  • Set up and prepare new claims assignments to internal adjusters
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data within internal claims management software
  • Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, legal representatives, and parties involved on various claim files
  • Process client invoicing for claims and prepare files for closure
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including reception relief and phone inquiries
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in Office Administration
  • Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them
  • Qualify for Adjuster's license
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Onedrive)
  • Previous experience within a dynamic team will be given preference
