Lead Development Lifecycle Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our efforts in developing and implementing engineering excellence processes across our organization. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engineering excellence processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define and implement strategic initiatives and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry associations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and manage budgets and resources to support engineering excellence initiatives.
- Strong experience in engineering and process management in an agile environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful compliance and certification efforts.
- Knowledge of industry standards, including ISO IEC 9001, 25010, and 15504/SPICE.
- Experience working on successful open source projects known for their demonstrated engineering processes.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies.
