Job Summary

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our healthcare services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and efficient healthcare services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Provide operational management and leadership to ensure fiscally responsible delivery of healthcare services.
Requirements
  • 5 years of recent progressive management experience leading a broad spectrum of healthcare services in a large, publicly funded healthcare delivery organization.
  • Experience in direct clinical services delivery across one or more assigned clinical areas of healthcare, including primary health, community services, acute inpatient, specialty care, and complex ambulatory settings.
  • Experience in implementing program planning, development, and evaluation.
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in a relevant healthcare discipline from an accredited education institution.
  • Active member in good standing of an associated regulatory body as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated mid-senior leadership capabilities.
  • Knowledge of relevant professional regulatory requirements, legislated acts, and collective agreements.
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds.
