About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Yimeng Sun & Liang Wang. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as walking and exercise.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients, including non-smoking policies and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
