About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Yuan Su. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their dignity and well-being.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical health and mobility.
  • Collect specimens, launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field, with a focus on providing personal care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of initiative, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
