About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Yimeng Sun & Liang Wang. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
  • Assist with laundry and linen management
  • Perform other tasks as required to support our clients' needs
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
