Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at SUTTON PARK INN. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is always available to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Work Setting: Remote location with public transportation available
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
