Key Responsibilities- Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
- Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and tidy store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed and facing.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process Returns and Exchanges: Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain Store Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Attention to Detail: You must be able to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You must be able to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Availability: You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented setting.
