What We're Looking For
  • A top-producing salesperson with a passion for the art of selling
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently from a home office
  • A team player who is eager to be part of a dynamic team building a world-class sales-performance and sales-leadership coaching program
Key Skills and Qualities
  • 10+ years of proven sales excellence
  • Strong presentation and 1-on-1 communication skills
  • Ability to self-generate leads and build local relationships with our SWC national account companies
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on open and constant communication with teammates
  • Able to set goals and take action to achieve them
  • Able to learn and implement new technology and skills, including social media, business tools, and mobile apps
What You'll Do

As a Sales and Leadership Coach, you'll work with our clients to identify their goals and develop a customized coaching plan to help them achieve success. You'll use our proven scripts, systems, and schedule to deliver results-driven coaching and support.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about building their business with and within SWC. If you're a self-starter who is eager to take on new challenges and make a real impact, we want to hear from you.
