Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Transportation Coordinator to support the management of inbound and outbound warehouse traffic. This role will involve planning, coordinating, and facilitating the transportation of finished goods, as well as managing the timely delivery to third-party locations and estate wineries.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate transportation of finished goods to ensure timely delivery to third-party locations and estate wineries.
- Work with transport carriers to meet daily shipping schedules.
- Monitor and coordinate daily components receiving schedules.
- Facilitate daily inbound courier and miscellaneous supplier deliveries.
- Coordinate finished goods and component transfers between branch plants.
- Complete daily transfer transactions in JDE.
- Report daily discrepancies to the inventory team.
- Maintain and track delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
- Secondary School Diploma.
- 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills, including database and computer software.
- Advanced ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.

Compensation
The budgeted range for this position is $46,090 - $52,392. This range takes into account several factors, including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra Wines Canada, Inc.
