Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies, to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced dining establishment, interacting with customers, staff, and vendors on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure efficient operations.

37.5 hours per week.
