Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC Moosomin. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and safe food handling practices.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 2 years of experience in a food service or kitchen operations role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35-40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
