Key Responsibilities- Provide supervision to the electrical team, consisting of licensed and apprentice personnel
- Ensure production and maintenance targets are met
- Safe and efficient execution of electrical service, repairs, and installations
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations to develop and manage sound electrical workings safely and in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Valid Construction and Maintenance 309a Electrical License
- Active member in good standing with the Skilled Trades Ontario
- Trained and accredited in the Generic Supervisor Common Core Program (#770141)
- 3 years of related experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Working knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical equipment is required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Ability to plan, organize, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of primary mobile equipment maintenance and OEM specification
- Willing and able to undergo pre-employment testing as a condition of pre-employment
