About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Deva Applications Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Utilize manual and computerized bookkeeping systems to record and reconcile financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balances and statistical reports.
  • Asset Management: Calculate and record depreciation of fixed assets.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
