About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Q-NAILS TSAWWASSEN LTD. As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare cheques for payroll, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30 hours per week position. The work language is English.
