About the Role

Fine Education Org. Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our organization's brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Develop Marketing Strategies

Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Content Creation and Management

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all channels. Create high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.

Brand Management

Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography. Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

Marketing Campaigns

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our organization's services and events. Analyze campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Experience in a non-profit or educational setting is an asset.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive. Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms is an asset.
