Program: MPCSSN Head Office Team

Position: Office Administrator

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (flexible to agency requirements)

Role Overview:

The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in continuously evaluating and addressing the office's operational needs to ensure smooth functioning. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, performing data entry, and maintaining personnel files. A thorough understanding of Mountain Plains CSSN's philosophy, values, and culture is essential.

As a member of the Office Team, the Office Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors, both in-person and via phone. Supervised by the Human Resources Coordinator, this role contributes to the organizational health of the agency by promoting consistency in quality best practices.

The Office Administrator will engage in various collaborative administrative duties, acting as a vital liaison within the Executive Leadership team. A strong work ethic and a commitment to a transparent teamwork environment are paramount.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience or a two-year diploma in a related field.
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Driver's Abstract.
  • Clear Criminal Records Check.
  • Clear Children's Service Intervention Record Check.
  • Vehicle Insurance with a minimum of $2 million liability and access to a vehicle.
