Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Elfi First School. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Collaborate with early childhood educators and supervisors to maintain accurate records and ensure the well-being of our students.
  • Encourage creativity and self-expression through various activities, including art, music, and physical play.
  • Engage children in interactive learning experiences, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts.
  • Support children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.
  • Prepare healthy snacks and maintain a safe and organized environment for our students.
  • Monitor children's progress and report any concerns to parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date with licensing regulations and ensure compliance in our childcare setting.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss student progress and address any challenges.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of our students.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience working with children in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
