Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Magic Building Maintenance Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
  • Prepare and type correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35-37 hours per week. The language of work is English.
