We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at FOUR SEASON CHINESE RESTAURANT INC.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Budgeting: Assist in preparing and managing budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
