About the Role

M. T. DISTRIBUTORS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
