Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Fertilizer Handling Supervisor, the Seasonal Laborer will be responsible for operating dry fertilizer processing machinery, front-end loaders, and forklifts, in addition to performing various manual labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities Complete pre-use checklists for mobile equipment and update shift summary documentation. Follow and comply with established safety protocols and the Company Safety Policy. Fulfill ongoing regulatory and compliance training obligations. Execute manual labor tasks, including the cleaning of mobile equipment and processing systems. Efficiently load fertilizer trucks and railcars while ensuring safety. Operate mobile equipment safely and effectively, including front-end loaders, forklifts, and light trucks. Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Class 5 Driver's License. Strong safety-oriented mindset. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
