Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, evaluate, and communicate a detailed demand plan on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee the creation of demand and supply plans for the site, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Assess forecast loads to support production schedules and revenue projections.
  • Lead collaborative efforts among cross-functional teams to address and mitigate long-term supply challenges.
  • Organize and facilitate Sales and Operations Planning meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to foster continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their professional development.
  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for all personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a College or Technical School diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Materials Management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, planning, or scheduling, particularly with SAP or comparable systems.
  • Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
