**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Analyze and synthesize insights and research into actionable solutions that drive business outcomes, integrating external perspectives with internal stakeholder input.
  • Establish objectives, strategic deliverables, and frameworks for measuring success.

**Qualifications:**

  • Strong analytical capabilities, adept at processing extensive research and information into relevant strategies that support the Bank's objectives.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in end-to-end project and budget management.
  • Highly developed relationship management skills, capable of engaging with senior leaders across the Bank.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role within management consulting or as a strategist in an agency/marketing environment.
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, with expertise in the Financial Services sector being advantageous.
