Job Title: Construction General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction General Manager to join our team at GEOSTAR PROJECTS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our construction teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
