HP Technology Sales Specialist (Retail Brand Ambassador)

We invite technology aficionados to become part of our HP product specialist sales team, where you will ignite enthusiasm and foster connections with consumers regarding HP's cutting-edge printing and computing solutions. We seek brand ambassadors who can confidently represent a leader in consumer electronics.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive bi-weekly remuneration
- Hourly wage commencing at $
- After three months, employees may qualify for a retention bonus paid in a lump sum (+$1 for every hour worked in the initial 90 days), and
- An additional $1/hour wage increase (to $, applicable to all future hours worked)
- Employee must be active for 90 days and employed in the program at the time to qualify

- Consistent weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday)
- Extended weekends off (no scheduled events during statutory holiday weekends)

Weekly Schedule:
- Current schedule includes:
- Saturdays: 5 hours (12pm – 5pm)
- Sundays: 5 hours (12pm – 5pm)
- Initial contract duration of three months with potential for extension
- Limited Friday shifts may be available during peak periods – Fridays are optional when available
** No retail events scheduled during statutory holidays or long weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote sales and enhance brand visibility of HP Products
- Engage customers with compelling demonstrations of HP features, articulating the benefits provided to customers
- Generate in-store excitement through passion and engagement for the HP Brand
- Guide customers by directing them to displays; assess their needs and recommend suitable products
- Cultivate strong professional relationships with store personnel
- Ensure HP in-store displays are clean, operational, and ready for demonstrations
- Collect competitive insights and report on specific strategies including pricing changes, new products, and merchandising materials
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all HP products
- Responsible for timely and accurate submission of daily sales recap reports
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong passion and enthusiasm for technology (computers, printers)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated individual who is also a collaborative team player
- Ownership of a smartphone
- Commitment to adhere to scheduled days and hours
- Previous experience in retail, sales, and marketing is advantageous
