We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HP product specialist sales team as a Retail Sales Brand Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness of HP products in a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and brand awareness of HP products through engaging customers and providing compelling demonstrations of HP features and benefits.
- Actively engage customers with passion and enthusiasm for the HP brand, generating in-store buzz and building strong professional relationships with store associates.
- Direct customers to displays, assess their needs, and suggest products that fit those needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure that HP in-store displays are clean, functional, and demo-ready, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
- Gather competitive intelligence and report on specific tactics, including price moves, new products, and merchandising materials.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all HP products and submit daily sales recap reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Strong interest and enthusiasm in technology, with a focus on computers and printers.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment, with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable self-starter who is also a team player, with a commitment to work the scheduled days and hours.
- Prior retail, sales, and marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
