The Role

We're seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to collaborate with our team in Winnipeg. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality code, building exciting products and features, and fostering best practices like automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems using TypeScript, Node, and GraphQL
  • Develop web-based interfaces and reusable components using TypeScript and React
  • Lead by example, mentor junior developers, and contribute to a positive team culture
  • Plan and implement solutions to complex problems, ensuring seamless integration with our microservices architecture
  • Perform thorough code reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance
Requirements
  • Expertise in backend development, including data, APIs, queues, security, scalable systems, and business logic
  • Demonstrated ability to build full-stack web projects with complex business logic
  • Mastery of programming principles and proficiency in TypeScript and GraphQL
  • Strong experience in performance optimization, scaling solutions, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, AWS, and various data stores and databases
  • Experience working with larger teams and projects that span multiple teams
