About the Role:

Vantage is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates using a range of channels and techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage job board advertising and ensure that job postings are compelling and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
