About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Deposit Product Manager to join our team at Peoples Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic roadmap for our retail deposit products, including B2C, agent, and fintech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the backlog and roadmap for retail deposits in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and manage pricing strategies for retail deposit products to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
  • Oversee the profit and loss of retail deposit products, managing balances and ensuring growth in targeted channels and products.
  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timely completion, and budget adherence.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to inform strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop direct reports through ongoing performance development.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in deposit management, banking operations, or fintech. You should have a proven track record of leading teams, managing projects, and driving business growth. Your expertise in strategic planning, product marketing, and roadmap design will be essential in developing and executing our retail deposit strategy.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $140,000.00 and $155,000.00 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
